目前三山岛金矿井下采场全部采用充填法来控制地压,结合机械化大型无轨设备,在国内处于领先地位。三山岛金矿胶结充填材料主要是水泥和分级尾砂,灰砂配比一般为1:8-1:16,充填体浓度在65%左右,如何确保采充平衡是目前面临的重要问题。同时,努力降低充填体中水泥配比和提高充填体强度是今后研究的主要方向。

Filling method is adopted to control the ground pressure of underground stope of Sanshandao gold deposit at present, mechanized largescale trackless equipments is combined, takes the leading role in China. Cement and classified tailings are the main binder backfill material of Sanshandao gold deposit, cement sand ratio generally show 1:8 - 1: 16, backfill concentration is around 65% , how to ensure miningfilling balance is the important issue facing at present. Meanwhile, reducing the cement proportion of backfill and improving the backfill strength are the main direction in future study.
