随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,食品的质量与安全越来越受到广泛的关注。食品分析实验作为食检专业的专业必修课之一,其教学教法也面临着新的挑战。作者结合食品分析实验教学的实践经验,优化实验教学内容,改进实验教学方法,加强工学结合,强化实验综训,有力地促进了教学质量的提高,取得了良好的实验教学效果。

With the social progress and the improvement of people＇s living standard,food quality and safety has been paid more and more attention.Experiment of food analysis as a food inspection college’s specialized required course,its teaching is facing new challenges.The author combines teaching practice experience of the food analysis experiment,optimizing experiment teaching contents,improving teaching experiment methods,strengthen the combination of engineering,strengthening experiment comprehensive training,effectively promoted the improvement of teaching quality,and achieved a good effect in experimental teaching.
