目的:通过调查京城果蔬商户果蔬物流中的损耗,找出损耗问题的关键并提出解决方案。方法:以发放问卷的方式了解各个果蔬品种的主要损耗原因,分析不同措施对果蔬损耗的降低程度。结果:果蔬的损耗主要来自挤压碰撞造成的机械损耗和温度不适宜造成的腐烂;考虑到商户们的经济承受能力,可以采用简便、经济、有效的方法降低果蔬损耗率。
目的:通過調查京城果蔬商戶果蔬物流中的損耗,找齣損耗問題的關鍵併提齣解決方案。方法:以髮放問捲的方式瞭解各箇果蔬品種的主要損耗原因,分析不同措施對果蔬損耗的降低程度。結果:果蔬的損耗主要來自擠壓踫撞造成的機械損耗和溫度不適宜造成的腐爛;攷慮到商戶們的經濟承受能力,可以採用簡便、經濟、有效的方法降低果蔬損耗率。
목적:통과조사경성과소상호과소물류중적손모,조출손모문제적관건병제출해결방안。방법:이발방문권적방식료해각개과소품충적주요손모원인,분석불동조시대과소손모적강저정도。결과:과소적손모주요래자제압팽당조성적궤계손모화온도불괄의조성적부란;고필도상호문적경제승수능력,가이채용간편、경제、유효적방법강저과소손모솔。
[Objective] To find out the key to loss problem and come up with some solutions by means of surveying the fruits and vegetables logistics loss from merchants in Beijing. [Method] The main reason for loss of each variety and the reduce degree of the wastage of the fruits and vegetables from different methods were anatyzed by sending questionnaires. [Result] The main wastage of the fruit and vegetable was from extrusion of the mechanical consumption caused by collision and temperature not suitable for the cause decay. Considering the merchants' afford, they would choose the simple, economic and effective way to reduce the loss rate of fruits and vegetables.
