本文以采集于湘潭县的枸骨根为材料,选用熊果酸为对照品,5%香草醛—冰乙酸和高氯酸为显色剂,以分光光度法测定枸骨根中总三萜的含量.实验结果表明:在549 nm波长下,标准品在4.4~26.4 mg/L范围内,吸光度与含量呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:y=0.0357x-0.0809,R2=0.9984.样品吸光度在5~40 min内相对比较稳定,其三萜含量为3.20%,RSD值为0.31%.该方法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,重复性好.

The total triterpenoids in the root of Ilex cornuta was quantified by spectrometry method using ursolic acid as standard and 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid as color-developing agents.The results showed that the content of the standard was well correlated to its optical density at 549 nm,the calibration curve was linear(R2=0.9984)in the range of 4.4~ 26.4 mg/L within 5~40 min and the curve was y=0.0357x-0.0809.The above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation,rapidity,high sensitivity and fine repetition.
