采用低熔点尼龙6(LPA6)/液晶高分子(LCP)复合物对PVC进行共混改性,研究了LPA6/LCP含量对PVC/LPA6/LcP共混物力学性能及维卡软化温度的影响。结果表明:加入质量分数为10%以下的LPA6/LCP,可明显提高共混物的弯曲强度及弯曲模量;加入质量分数为30%以下的LPA6/LcP,可明显提高共混物的维卡软化温度。
採用低鎔點尼龍6(LPA6)/液晶高分子(LCP)複閤物對PVC進行共混改性,研究瞭LPA6/LCP含量對PVC/LPA6/LcP共混物力學性能及維卡軟化溫度的影響。結果錶明:加入質量分數為10%以下的LPA6/LCP,可明顯提高共混物的彎麯彊度及彎麯模量;加入質量分數為30%以下的LPA6/LcP,可明顯提高共混物的維卡軟化溫度。

PVC was modified by low melting PA6(LPA6)/ liquid crystal polymer composites, and influences of LPA6/LCP content on the mechanical properties and Vicat softening points of PVC/LPA6/LCP blends were studied. The results showed that the addition of LPA6/LCP could significantly enhance the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the blends when the content of LPA6/LCP was less than 10%, and when the content of LPA6/LCP was less than 30%, the addition of LPA6/LCP could obviously promote the Vicat softening point of the blends.
