用热分析法对胡椒粉的品质进行鉴别。应用SDT和DSC热分析仪分别对不同成熟度的胡椒粉进行热图谱扫描与分析。由于胡椒的成熟度和浸泡液不同,反映在热分析曲线上,热谱曲线各具特征性且差异明显,表现出不同峰形、峰位、热焓值及失重情况等,取得了良好的鉴别效果。热分析方法用于中药胡椒品质鉴别准确、简便、快速,值得推广应用。
用熱分析法對鬍椒粉的品質進行鑒彆。應用SDT和DSC熱分析儀分彆對不同成熟度的鬍椒粉進行熱圖譜掃描與分析。由于鬍椒的成熟度和浸泡液不同,反映在熱分析麯線上,熱譜麯線各具特徵性且差異明顯,錶現齣不同峰形、峰位、熱焓值及失重情況等,取得瞭良好的鑒彆效果。熱分析方法用于中藥鬍椒品質鑒彆準確、簡便、快速,值得推廣應用。

Quality identification of herbal pepper was appraised by thermal analytical method.SDT/DSC thermal analyzer were used to scan and analyze the thermalmap of herbal pepper.The results showed that every sample had different mass loss,curve shape,peak location and enthalpy value when the degree of ripeness and steep were different,the thermal curves of herbal pepper represent that there were significant differences between them and each with characteristics,which means this experience achieved an distinct differentiating effect.Thermal analytical method for accurate quality identification of herbal pepper was simple,rapid and worthy of application.
