乙酸乙酯是一种非常重要的有机化工原料,用途十分广泛。本文以实际生产数据为基础,运用化工稳态模拟计算软件ASPEN Plus,建立了乙醇脱氢制取高纯度乙酸乙醋的仿真模型,包括乙醇脱氢、闪蒸、高压精馏、低压精馏等生产步骤。并对工艺中各个参数进行了优化。

Ethyl acetate was an important chemical product,widely used in many fields.Based on the present process data of a plant,using a steady-state simulation software ASPEN plus,a model for ethyl acetate via ethanol dehydrogenation including sections of ethanol dehydrogenation,flash,high-pressure distillation and low-pressure distillation was set up and the parameters of the process was optimized.
