In recent years, higher vocational college students＂ psychological abnormal phenomenon has increased and seriously hamper the students＂ healthy growth. By analyzing students＂ psychological problems and causes, this article explores effective ways to strengthen vocational college students＂ psychological health education, in order to enhance the effect of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges.
