A predator-prey system with stage structure and time delays is studied in this paper. Sufficient conditions which guarantee the uniform persistence and global attractivity of the model are obtained by using the standard comparison theorem and constructing a suitable Lyaponov functional. At theend of the paper, example show the feasibility of the main results and some biological enplanation of the main results are presented.
