对辣椒杂交种陇椒3号和陇椒5号在不同培养基、不同激素水平下不定芽分化情况进行了研究,结果表明,B5培养基优于MS培养基,更能促进外植体的分化及再生;子叶的分化能力高于下胚轴,是辣椒离体组培的优良外植体;当B5培养基中激素配比组合为在6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L时,有利于陇椒3号和陇椒5号的分化再生,最早形成丛生芽。

대랄초잡교충롱초3호화롱초5호재불동배양기、불동격소수평하불정아분화정황진행료연구,결과표명,B5배양기우우MS배양기,경능촉진외식체적분화급재생;자협적분화능력고우하배축,시랄초리체조배적우량외식체;당B5배양기중격소배비조합위재6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L시,유리우롱초3호화롱초5호적분화재생,최조형성총생아。
The two pepper varieties(Capsicum annuum),Longjiao 3 and Longjiao 5,were used to investigate the effects of such factors as different hormone combinations and culture medium on adventitions bud differentiation and elongation of pepper explants.The results showed that B5 culture medium was better than MS culture medium on adventitions bud differentiation and elongation of pepper explants,and the cotyledons had stronger regeneration capaciation rate.The hormone combin was 6-5.0 mg/L BA+1.0 mg/L NAA,which was suitable for the regenerative buds.
