在回顾集体建设用地流转相关概念的基础上,阐述了集体建设用地流转的必然性和客观性,重点综述了集体建设用地流转的运行模式,包括流转的形式、流转的模式以及流转的收益分配,也对近年来学者们关于集体建设用地流转制度的建议等方面的主要内容和研究进展进行了简要梳理。以期对我国集体建设用地流转的发展与深化研究有所裨益。

On the basis of reviewing concepts about the collective construction land transference,the need for transfer of collective construction land was introduced,and operation mode of collective construction land transference including transferred range,transferred mode,transferred form,and transferred profit-sharing were elaborated.At the same time,the study about collective construction land transference system of the proposal,and other aspects of the main content and the latest research progress were briely summarized.It′s expected to provide insights for further development and study of collective construction land transference in China.
