目的：探讨有效的维护制药厂制冷系统正常运行的方法。方法：通过介绍制药车间大型空调制冷控制系统的原理,分析系统运行时各部件容易出现的故障。结果：几乎90%以上的故障都集中在高压和冷凝风机的故障上。了解控制系统常见的故障及原因,对系统的维护有较好的指导作用。结论：制冷系统的故障有很多种,掌握产生这些故障的原因才能有效的对系统进行维修。
목적：탐토유효적유호제약엄제랭계통정상운행적방법。방법：통과개소제약차간대형공조제랭공제계통적원리,분석계통운행시각부건용역출현적고장。결과：궤호90%이상적고장도집중재고압화냉응풍궤적고장상。료해공제계통상견적고장급원인,대계통적유호유교호적지도작용。결론：제랭계통적고장유흔다충,장악산생저사고장적원인재능유효적대계통진행유수。
Objective：To explore methods for effective maintenance of the normal operation of the refrigeration system in pharmaceutical plant.Methods：The principle of air conditioning control system in large pharmaceutical plant was introduced to analyze common breakdowns in various parts of the system.Results：About 90% of the breakdowns appeared in the high-pressure machine and fans.To understand the common breakdowns and their causes could be of great help for maintaining the system.Conclusion：The breakdowns in the air conditioning controls system are different.Only understanding the breakdowns and their causes can we effectively maintain the normal operation of the system.
