辽河油田曙一区杜84块超稠油油藏原油黏度大,采用直井蒸汽吞吐开采,蒸汽波及半径小,周期产油量低,日产油水平低,产量递减快,井间剩余油得不到有效动用。通过开展超稠油水平井热采技术研究,对水平井部署方式、吞吐注采参数及提高采收率的SAGD技术进行了分析论证,明确了水平井开采技术能够缓解油田开发层间、层内和平面上的三大矛盾,是一项非常有潜力、有优势的新技术。水平井吞吐及SAGD技术的应用,使该区块成功地实现了二次开发,油藏开发效果较用直井开发有较大改善。水平井技术已成为提高区块采收率的有效手段。

Du 84 block is a super-heavy oil reservoir in the Shu 1 area, Liaohe Oilfield. When developed by the cyclic steam stimulation in vertical well patterns, the smaller drainage radius, lower oil production per period, lower oil rate per day, higher production decline rate and the inefficient displacement of the interwell remaining oil problems have been encountered. According to the study on the thermal recovery technology for horizontal well of super-heave oil reservoir, the deployment way of the horizontal wells, steam stimulation parameters and enhancing oil recovery with SAGD technology were analyzed. The result shows that the horizontal well development technology is a potential and advantageous new technology to relieve the contradictions between interlayer, endostratic and plane. Horizontal well steam stimulation and SAGD technology have more effectiveness than the vertical well, so the use of horizontal well is coming to be an effective method for enhancing oil recovery.
