为探索黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,采用超声波法对黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:超声波提取黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:20,超声时间20 min,超声温度80℃,超声功率50 W。该实验确定的最佳提取工艺简便易行,提取量高达3.71 mg·g-1。

The methods of extracting total flavonoids from Polygala aureocauda Dunn is optimized by using the ultrasonic extraction technology in order to probe its best prerequisite of extraction process.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition of extracting total flavonoids from Polygala aureocauda Dunn was: the density of ethanol was seventy-five percent,solid-liquid ratio was one to twenty,ultrasound processing time was 20 minutes,ultrasound extracting temperature was 80℃,and the ultrasonic power was fifty watts.The optimum extraction process was stable and easy to practice,and extracting ratio could reach the level of 3.71 mg·g-1.
