以含锌工业废渣为原料,通过用废硫酸酸浸除去铁、锰重金属等杂质,再经过滤、中和、沉淀、干燥,得到氧化锌。结果表明,当废硫酸和废渣质量比为1.5∶1.0、30℃恒温条件下,前躯体氢氧化锌经120℃~150℃干燥3 h~4 h、350℃煅烧3 h,可以得到质量分数为95.3%~97.5%的氧化锌。该工艺不仅使资源的回收再利用成为可能,而且降低了"三废"治理成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
以含鋅工業廢渣為原料,通過用廢硫痠痠浸除去鐵、錳重金屬等雜質,再經過濾、中和、沉澱、榦燥,得到氧化鋅。結果錶明,噹廢硫痠和廢渣質量比為1.5∶1.0、30℃恆溫條件下,前軀體氫氧化鋅經120℃~150℃榦燥3 h~4 h、350℃煅燒3 h,可以得到質量分數為95.3%~97.5%的氧化鋅。該工藝不僅使資源的迴收再利用成為可能,而且降低瞭"三廢"治理成本,提高瞭產品的市場競爭力。

A process for the production of zinc oxide was explored using the zinc-containing industrial waste slag as raw materials.The waste slag was firstly dissolved in waste sulfuric acid followed by filtering to isolate the insoluble substance.Both oxidation method and substitution method can be used to remove the impurities contained in the aqueous solution.After that,the technology included several steps such as filtered,neutralization,precipitation,dry zinc oxide production process.Experimental results show that when the ratio of the waste sulfuric acid and the waste results is set 1.5∶ 1.0,the constant temperature is 30 ℃,body before zinc hydroxide was dried at 120 ℃~150 ℃ for 3 h~4 h,then calcined at 350 ℃ for 3 h,zinc oxide with a purity of the 95.3%~97.5% can be obtained.This process not only makes the recycle use of resources and reduces the treatment costs of the three wastes.
