[目的]该试验通过检测伊河河水中细菌总数和大肠菌群数,了解伊河河水的水质,为伊河周边景观生态用水卫生状况的进一步改善提供依据。[方法]从伊河河水的3段区域采样,分别采用平板菌落计数和多管发酵法测定河水中细菌总数和大肠菌群数?[结果]第一部分检测伊河河水中的细菌总数,测得采样点b点细菌总数最多;第二部分检测伊河河水中大肠菌群数为107MPN/mL:[结论]伊河河水作为景观生态用水,符合国家《景观娱乐用水水质》中景观生态用水B类水质标准的规定。

[Objective] Study the total number of bacteria and the number of coliform detection, to understand of the river water quality in the Yi river, anti to provide some certain basis for improving of the ecological surrounding in the Yi river. [Method] The experiment takes three areas in Yi river as samples, and uses the colony plate count method. [Result] The experiment is divided into two parts, the first part of the river water tests the total number of baeterial in sample b is the most in the Yi fiver, the second part detects the number of eoloform in the Yi river. The result of the second part is 107 MPN/mL in the Yi fiver. [Conclusion] The Yi river accords with the standards of the quality of B water in ecological landscape water.
