为进一步提高薄煤层综采工作面开采效率,增加薄煤层开采的安全性,设计了ZY4000/08/16型掩护式支架。根据工作面顶板条件、煤层埋深和采高等因素确定支护强度;为适应炮采和机采两种不同开采工艺的要求,采用长、短两种推移杆。该支架经使用,达到了设计要求。

In order to further improve the thin seam coal face mining efficiency and safety of thin seam mining,designs ZY4000/08/16 type shield hydraulic support.According to the roof condition,the depth and height of mining factors,determines the intensity of hydraulic support;in order to adapt the machine and blasting mining these two different exploration mining technology requirements,uses two kinds of long and short push-moving poles.It is proved that the hydraulic support achieves design requirements by use.
