为了提高半导体激光器(LD)的使用寿命,确保激光器发射信号的质量,设计了一款高性能、低成本的激光驱动电路,包含慢启动电路、恒流电路和保护电路三部分。在TINA环境下进行模拟,结果显示该驱动电路满足设计需求,对类似电路设计有很好的借鉴作用。
為瞭提高半導體激光器(LD)的使用壽命,確保激光器髮射信號的質量,設計瞭一款高性能、低成本的激光驅動電路,包含慢啟動電路、恆流電路和保護電路三部分。在TINA環境下進行模擬,結果顯示該驅動電路滿足設計需求,對類似電路設計有很好的藉鑒作用。

In order to improve the using life of LD and make sure the quality of transmission signal, a high performance and low-cost driving circuit was designed, which was composed of slow turn-on circuit and constant current circuit and protection circuit. The driving circuit was simulated under environment of TINA, and the result show that the circuit can meet designed requirements and offer some positive references for the research area.
