在实验室控制环境因子条件下,用0(蒸馏水,CK)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%计6个浓度的NaCl溶液处理芙蓉葵和黄秋葵种子后进行萌发试验,研究了不同盐度胁迫下种子发芽率、发芽速度、活力指数和相对干重含水量的变化。结果表明:低浓度盐胁迫对芙蓉葵种子萌发有促进作用,而对黄秋葵有轻度抑制作用;当盐胁迫浓度超过0.8%时,2种植物种子的萌发均受到不良影响,尤其是黄秋葵受到影响较大。2种植物均能在轻度盐渍化生境中生长,可作为耐盐碱园林植物在盐碱地试栽应用,其中芙蓉葵可在河北省大部分盐碱地区进行广泛种植。

재실험실공제배경인자조건하,용0(증류수,CK)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%화1.0%계6개농도적NaCl용액처리부용규화황추규충자후진행맹발시험,연구료불동염도협박하충자발아솔、발아속도、활력지수화상대간중함수량적변화。결과표명:저농도염협박대부용규충자맹발유촉진작용,이대황추규유경도억제작용;당염협박농도초과0.8%시,2충식물충자적맹발균수도불량영향,우기시황추규수도영향교대。2충식물균능재경도염지화생경중생장,가작위내염감완림식물재염감지시재응용,기중부용규가재하북성대부분염감지구진행엄범충식。
In the laboratory control condition,the germination ability of the seeds of Hibiscu grandiflorus L.and H.esulentus L.was studied.The seeds were treated by 0(distilled water,CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0% NaCl solutions,and the germination percentage,germination speed,vigor index and relative water content of dry weight were measured and analyzed.The results showed that under low salt concentration stress,seeds germination of H.grandiflorus was promoted,but the germination of H.esulentus was slightly restrained.When the salt concentration exceeded 0.8%,the germination of 2 plants were restrained,especially evident for H.esulentus.Both plants could grow in mild salinized habitat as landscape plants.H.grandiflorus could be widely planted in saline area of Hebei.
