The practice and experience in the course of Organic Chemistry teaching was introduced in the paper. Theoretical study and integrating case analysis had been adopted together. And the heuristic method could induct students to think problem. The method was helpful for stimulating the students's interesting, improve the ability of finding and solving problem. Meanwhile the training of practical innovation ability should be emphasized to improve specialized knowledge application ability.
