为提高织机曲轴的可靠性,分别采用解析法和有限元法对ZA209i喷气织机曲轴进行了静应力分析,结果表明连杆轴颈是承受应力最大部位,该轴颈应力最大发生在连杆轴中心;采用有限元法,借助ANSYS分析软件能够更加直观地给出位移与应变结果;同时指出曲柄静应力远小于许用应力,曲轴的主要失效形式是疲劳失效。

In order to increase the reliability of the crank shaft of the loom,the static stress analysis of the crank shaft of the air-jet loom ZA 209i is made using the analytical method and finite element analysis.Conclusion is made that the biggest stresses lies in the neck of the shaft,and the biggest stress is in the center of the crank shaft.Visible movement and stress change can be gained through finite analysis with the software ANSYS.It is pointed out that the static stress is far less than the permissible stress.The main failure of the crank shaft is the fatigue failure.
