某码头原油输送系统运营依赖于调度人员的经验,大部分情形下存在设备利用不充分,自动化程度偏低,电力消耗高等问题,本文针对这些问题,根据输油量及工人的实际操作习惯设计了泵组合实验方案;并对泵匹配前后的经济效益进行对比分析,给出了不同给定输量下最佳泵组合的建议方案。该建议方案能在充分利用现有设备的基础上,确保安全运行,提高运行效率,降低输油电力消耗。

A crude oil terminal operation of the system depends on the dispatcher's experience. There's insufficient using of the device, the low degree of automation, high power consumption in many cases. To address these issues, this paper design pump combination experiments which according to the actual operation of workers and the amount of oil transmission, compare and analysis the economic benefits of pumps matching's before and after, and given the best combination of proposals of different amount of oil transmission. The proposals could ensure safe operation, improve operational efficiency, and reduce power consumption of oil transmission based on taking full advantage of existing equipment.
