Based on the current situation of the model of international vocational education,this essay puts forward the basic ideas and the systematic framework of an integrative,multi-level and open teaching model.Besides,this essay studies the integrative teaching model combing teaching,learning and practicing,the structure of the multi-level project-based practical teaching system,and the construction of the open environment for online autonomous learning,practice and teaching management.
