The connotative development is an approach indispensable to building effective schools of agricultural vocation.The connotative development must involve the reform of the school operation in its efforts to train the practical,skillful talents for local rural construction through the proper positioning of school as an institute of vocational education,the stabilization of school size,the improvement of education quality and the upgrading of professional qualification and teaching performance of staff.
