通过对高职院校课余体育训练的队伍管理、经费来源、训练项目、硬件设施、运动员与教练员结构等方面的调查，发现高职院校课余体育训练存在诸多不足．从明确目标、保证投入、引入高水平运动员及加强教练员队伍建设等方面提出了相关建议．

Through investigation on team management, financial source, training items, hardware facilities and structure of athletes and coaches, we found that many deficiencies exist in extracurricular physical training in higher vocational colleges. According to that, this paper puts forward related suggestions such as making target clear, ensuring investment, importing high level athletes and strengthening coach team building.
