随着新农村建设的推进,生态公正问题日益凸显。苏州市作为我国新农村建设的先导区,在创造实现生态公正成功经验的同时,也率先遭遇到了四个新问题,其原因在于非公经济的资本逻辑导致了＂公地的悲剧＂、功利主义的价值取向和行为、生态民主的缺失、生态环境宣传教育的弱化等。生态公正问题的解决,可以通过采取政府建立和完善相关法律法规和政策、农业自然资源流转中实行计划和市场相结合、完善和切实贯彻生态民主、建立和加强新农村建设中的防腐机制、加强生态环境道德的宣传教育等举措加以推进。公正问题的研究对我国新农村建设具有借鉴意义。

With the advance of new countryside construction in China,the eco-justice problems have become increasingly prominent.Suzhou,as the pilot area of new countryside construction in China,has accumulated many successful experiences in achieving eco-justice.Meanwhile,Suzhou has also encountered four new problems,the causes being the ＂tragedy of the public area＂ of the capital logic non-public economy has resulted in,the utilitarian-oriented values and behavior,the lack of eco-democracy,the weakening of education in environmental publicity,etc.In order to solve the eco-justice problems,we can advance the process that the relevant laws,rules,regulations and policies must be made or amended,that plan and market must be balanced in the exploitation of agricultural natural resources,that the eco-democracy must be perfected and implemented,that anti-corruption system must be established and strengthened in the new rural construction,and that the advocating and education with regard to environmental morality must be reinforced,etc.The research on justice problems is of reference value to our country in the new rural construction
