春小麦是宁夏种植的主要农作物之一,生育后期频繁遭遇高温干旱的危害,对千粒质量影响很大,限制了产量和品质的提高.高温和干旱不仅影响后期光合产物的形成,也影响光合产物的转运.近年来对淀粉形成的研究已成为小麦品质研究的热点问题之一.综述花后高温干旱对小麦淀粉合成及产量的影响机制,对于了解小麦栽培理论、指导小麦优质高产高效种植有重要意义.

During late growth stage in spring wheat of Ningxia,frequent occurrence of high temperature and drought and its serious harm and damage caused the yield and quality of spring wheat decreased significantly.The formation and transport of photosynthate were affected by high temperature and drought.It is a focal point of research on starch quality of seeds in wheat.This review deals with the influence mechanism of starch synthesis and yield under high temperature and drought,which the study has great significance on richen the theory of crop cultivation and high quality and efficiency of spring wheat.
