文章通过单因素法,探讨壳聚糖与PVA共混膜成形工艺中共混比、凝固浴的浓度和组成、凝固时间和凝固温度对其强力的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺因素为:壳聚糖质量比为45%~55%;凝固浴中NaOH的浓度为5%,其溶液与无水乙醇体积比为7∶3;凝固温度为50℃左右;凝固时间为60 s左右。

By the single factor method,this experiment has studied the matching of blend membranes of chitosan and PVA,the concentration and composition of coagulation bath,solidification time and the solidification temperature which have impact on breaking strength.The results show that the optimal factors are: the chitosan mass ratio is about 45%~55%;the concentration of NaOH is 5% and the NaOH solution with anhydrous ethanol volume ratio is 7∶3;the solidification temperature is about 50℃;The setting time is about 60s.
