以乙二胺/磷酸混合溶液为吸收剂,先后进行间歇和连续烟气脱硫试验,连续试验参数由间歇试验确定。试验显示,当贫液pH值保持在4.8左右、富液pH值保持在3.7左右时,在循环操作期间SO_2吸收率可长时间保持在95%以上。在此pH值范围内,贫液SO_2吸收速度较快、吸收容量较高,富液解吸较容易,系统处于工业应用所需的稳定循环状态。
以乙二胺/燐痠混閤溶液為吸收劑,先後進行間歇和連續煙氣脫硫試驗,連續試驗參數由間歇試驗確定。試驗顯示,噹貧液pH值保持在4.8左右、富液pH值保持在3.7左右時,在循環操作期間SO_2吸收率可長時間保持在95%以上。在此pH值範圍內,貧液SO_2吸收速度較快、吸收容量較高,富液解吸較容易,繫統處于工業應用所需的穩定循環狀態。
이을이알/린산혼합용액위흡수제,선후진행간헐화련속연기탈류시험,련속시험삼수유간헐시험학정。시험현시,당빈액pH치보지재4.8좌우、부액pH치보지재3.7좌우시,재순배조작기간SO_2흡수솔가장시간보지재95%이상。재차pH치범위내,빈액SO_2흡수속도교쾌、흡수용량교고,부액해흡교용역,계통처우공업응용소수적은정순배상태。
Experimental studies of flue gas desulphurization(FGD) were carried out,intermittently and continuously, by using ethylene diamine/phosphoric acid aqueous solution as absorbent and experimental parameters for continuous operation were determined based on the results of intermittent operation.The experiments showed that,when the pH value of lean solution was maintained at about 4.8 and that of rich absorbent at about 3.7, SO_2 absorption efficiency could reach over 95%for a long time during recycling operation.In this range of pH values,lean solution had faster absorption rate and higher capacity for SO_2 and rich solution was regenerated easily, which brought the system into a stable recirculation state essential to industrial application.
