利用NCEP/NCAR逐日格点资料和中国气象局气象信息中心提供的727站逐日降水资料,从低频振荡角度对2007/2008年冬季中国南方低温雨雪期间的环流背景和气象要素场做了分析。分析结果表明,准双周振荡是2007/2008年冬季中国南方低温雨雪期间大气变化的重要模态。通过对低频振荡的传播分析得到:10~20 d低频波由西亚和东非沿海传播至孟加拉湾东北侧,在南支槽前汇合并进一步传播至中国南方地区,影响中国南方地区的环流并进一步产生降水。

이용NCEP/NCAR축일격점자료화중국기상국기상신식중심제공적727참축일강수자료,종저빈진탕각도대2007/2008년동계중국남방저온우설기간적배류배경화기상요소장주료분석。분석결과표명,준쌍주진탕시2007/2008년동계중국남방저온우설기간대기변화적중요모태。통과대저빈진탕적전파분석득도:10~20 d저빈파유서아화동비연해전파지맹가랍만동북측,재남지조전회합병진일보전파지중국남방지구,영향중국남방지구적배류병진일보산생강수。
By using daily NCEP/NCAR data and daily precipitation data for 727 stations supplied by National Meteorological Information Center,we analyzed the circulation background and the meteorological element field during the low temperature,rain and snow weather in South China in 2007/2008 winter from the low frequency oscillation perspective.The results show that,quasi-biweekly oscillation(QBWO) is an important mode of atmosphere variability during the low temperature,rain and snow weather in South China in 2007/2008 winter.By the propagation analysis of the low frequency oscillation,we know that 10-20 day low frequency wave propagates to the Bengal Bay from West Asia and the East African coast,and converges in the front of the southern branch trough,influencing the circulation of South China and resulting in precipitation in advance.
