近年来,随着高校合并以及教育体制改革的深入,在全国高校内造就了许多师生人数超过万人的大型学院,如何能够更好的开展大型学院的辅导员工作,武汉大学经济与管理学院结合自身实际,创造性的在本科年级中采用了＂双辅导员制＂,分工合作、协调配合、互补互助,保证了学生思政工作和年级管理工作的有序高效。
근년래,수착고교합병이급교육체제개혁적심입,재전국고교내조취료허다사생인수초과만인적대형학원,여하능구경호적개전대형학원적보도원공작,무한대학경제여관이학원결합자신실제,창조성적재본과년급중채용료＂쌍보도원제＂,분공합작、협조배합、호보호조,보증료학생사정공작화년급관리공작적유서고효。
In recent years,with the deepening of institutions mergering and educational system reform,there are giant colleges with teachers and students number exceeding 10,000.How to better carrying out counsellor work in those giant colleges is an urgent problem.The Economic and Management school of Wuhan University is the pioneer to address this problem by adopting ＂Double-College-Counsellor System＂ in bachelor degree pursuit students.This new system demonstrates the merits as the better division of labour,cooperation and coordination so as to ensure an orderly and efficient management and work of the students＇ ideological and political education.
