平地瑶民歌凝聚了瑶族人民的聪明才智，彰显出瑶族音乐文化久远、古朴的神韵，由于它形成的历史原因，既保留了瑶族自身固有的文化，又吸收汉、壮族文化，因而具有开放性、多元性文化特征。利用好高校人文、教育与文化综合资源，构建瑶族音乐传承发展体系，造就一个适合平地瑶音乐生存与发展的空间。
平地瑤民歌凝聚瞭瑤族人民的聰明纔智，彰顯齣瑤族音樂文化久遠、古樸的神韻，由于它形成的歷史原因，既保留瞭瑤族自身固有的文化，又吸收漢、壯族文化，因而具有開放性、多元性文化特徵。利用好高校人文、教育與文化綜閤資源，構建瑤族音樂傳承髮展體繫，造就一箇適閤平地瑤音樂生存與髮展的空間。
평지요민가응취료요족인민적총명재지，창현출요족음악문화구원、고박적신운，유우타형성적역사원인，기보류료요족자신고유적문화，우흡수한、장족문화，인이구유개방성、다원성문화특정。이용호고교인문、교육여문화종합자원，구건요족음악전승발전체계，조취일개괄합평지요음악생존여발전적공간。
Folk songs of Pingdi yao embodies the intelligence of Yao People, shows far and primitive slrnplieity romantic ehann of Yao music culture. Because of its forming history reason, folk songs of Pingdi yao have pluralistic and openness culture characteristics, which not only retain self inherent culture of Yao nationality, but also absorb Zhuang Minority and Hans＇ culture, taking advantage of the integrated resources of high education institutions including humanistic, educational and cultural to construct the musical heritaneeand development system of Yao nationality, the descendants can get a chance to enjoy these artistic results created by predecessors, own the conditions and chances to obtain self - development in the future, and bring up a survival and development space for music of Pingdi yao.
