农药和化肥流失、养殖废水、生活污水等均会引起水体的氮污染.反硝化微生物在污染水体脱氮修复中起重要作用,它可将水体中的亚硝酸盐氮或硝酸盐氮还原为N_2,排人大气,从而降低污染水体中含氮污染物的浓度,改善水质.因此,对反硝化微牛物进行研究有重要的意义.文章从功能特性、典型菌株、反硝化酶系等方面对反硝化微生物及其作用机制进行了论述,对其在污水脱氮方面的研究及应用进展做了,较为详细的介绍,最后阐明了目前存在的问题和发展趋势.
農藥和化肥流失、養殖廢水、生活汙水等均會引起水體的氮汙染.反硝化微生物在汙染水體脫氮脩複中起重要作用,它可將水體中的亞硝痠鹽氮或硝痠鹽氮還原為N_2,排人大氣,從而降低汙染水體中含氮汙染物的濃度,改善水質.因此,對反硝化微牛物進行研究有重要的意義.文章從功能特性、典型菌株、反硝化酶繫等方麵對反硝化微生物及其作用機製進行瞭論述,對其在汙水脫氮方麵的研究及應用進展做瞭,較為詳細的介紹,最後闡明瞭目前存在的問題和髮展趨勢.

Agricultural wastewater including pesticide and fertilizer as well as aquaculture wastewater and sewage can result in nitrogen pollution of water. Denitrifying microbes which have an important effect on denitrogenation of wastewater can turn nitrite-nitrogen or nitrate-nitrogen into N_2 in order to reduce nitrogen content in wastewater and improve water quality.Mechanism of denitrifying microbes in terms of function, typical strain and enzymes were reviewed, the application progress were introduced. Some existing problem and future development trend were also proposed.
