运用等离子体渗氮工艺对钛合金双极板进行表面改性处理,通过对渗氮前的抛光处理及渗氮的后处理工艺,X射线衍射(XRD)测试显示样品表面生成了TiN相.进一步的接触电阻及极化曲线测试表明,通过渗氮前抛光及渗氮后处理.样品的导电性能有所降低.但耐腐蚀性能得到了很大地提高.

In this paper, plasma nitriding process was used in the surface modification of titanium bipolar plate. By polishing, before nitriding and post-processing after nitriding, XRD test indicates that TiN is generated on the sample surface. Further tests of contact resistances and polarization curves show that polishing and post-processing can improve the corrosion resistance with some decrease of the conductivity.
