目的分析惠州市“全国百万妇女乳腺普查工程”普查结果,以了解惠州地区乳腺癌的高发因素及高危人群。方法针对惠州地区不同单位的已婚育龄妇女群体作为普查人群,采取车载仪器于组织现场进行乳腺普查。对普查结果进行统计,分析惠州地区女性乳腺疾病的发病情况及影响因素。结果普查人群共计11187人次,其中乳腺肿瘤236例(占2.1%)、囊肿645例(占5.8%)、瘤样增生2118例(占18.9%),增生6409例(占57.3%);病理检测结果,阳性人数4720例,总阳性率为42.2%。结论不同年龄段的妇女群体容易发生乳腺疾病的种类不同,而不同职业和地域也是引起乳腺疾病发生的重要因素,针对患病特点,对高危人群开展筛查工作,可以提高乳腺疾病及早期乳腺癌的检出率。

Objective Analysis of Huizhou city "the million women breast screening project" survey results, in order to understand the risk factors of breast cancer in Huizhou area and high risk population. Methods The Huizhou region for different units of married women of childbearing age groups as the census of population, take the vehicle instrument to organize on-site for breast screening. The statistics of the survey results, the factors of incidence and influence analysis of breast diseases in Huizhou. Results The census population a total of 11187 people, including breast tumor in 236 cases (2.1%), 645 cases of cyst (5.8%), tumor-like hyperplasia in 2118 cases (18.9%), 6409 cases of hyperplasia (57.3%); the results of pathological examination, 4720 cases were positive, the total positive rate was 42.2%. Conclusion Different age groups of women prone to breast disease is different, and different occupation and the region is also an important cause of breast diseases, the prevalence characteristics, to carry out the work of screening for high-risk groups, can increase the detection rate of breast disease and early breast cancer.
