目的：对狼毒大戟干燥根的乙醇渗漉物进行化学成分研究。方法：硅胶柱色谱进行分离，理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果：分离并鉴定了isobauerenylacetate；β-香树脂醇乙酸酯；24-亚甲基-9，19-环羊毛甾酮；阿魏酸二十八酯和2，4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基苯乙酮。结论：5个成分均首次从该植物中分离得到。
목적：대랑독대극간조근적을순삼록물진행화학성분연구。방법：규효주색보진행분리，이화성질화광보분석감정기결구。결과：분리병감정료isobauerenylacetate；β-향수지순을산지；24-아갑기-9，19-배양모치동；아위산이십팔지화2，4-이간기-6-갑양기-3-갑기분을동。결론：5개성분균수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethanol extractfrom dried roots of Euphorbia fischeriana.Method:Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silca gel and elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral analysis.Result:Isobauerenyl acetate,β-amyrin acetate,24-methylenecycloartenone,octacosyl ferulate and 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methyl acetophenone were isolated and elucidated.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
