目的：探讨与椎间盘突出相关的腰腿痛的发病机制。方法：通过硬膜外置管的方法给硬膜外移植自体髓核的大鼠注射生理盐水及阿的平，并对其疼痛相关行为进行了观察。结果：大鼠硬膜外移植自体髓核后能产生明显的疼痛相关行为，注射生理盐水后疼痛相关行为无明显改善，在注射阿的平后，大鼠的疼痛相关行为明显改善，与髓核移植组比较，在术后3～9d有显著性区别。结论：磷脂酶A2在腰椎间盘相关性腰腿痛的发病机制中起重要的作用，研制有效的磷脂酶A2抑制剂能进一步提高腰腿痛的治疗。
목적：탐토여추간반돌출상관적요퇴통적발병궤제。방법：통과경막외치관적방법급경막외이식자체수핵적대서주사생리염수급아적평，병대기동통상관행위진행료관찰。결과：대서경막외이식자체수핵후능산생명현적동통상관행위，주사생리염수후동통상관행위무명현개선，재주사아적평후，대서적동통상관행위명현개선，여수핵이식조비교，재술후3～9d유현저성구별。결론：린지매A2재요추간반상관성요퇴통적발병궤제중기중요적작용，연제유효적린지매A2억제제능진일보제고요퇴통적치료。
Objective: To elucidate the pathomechanism of low back pain and leg pain relating to the lumbar intervertebral disk herniation.Method::Atabrine and normal solution was injected into cavum epidurale of rats transpanted with autologous nucleus pulposus.The mechanical withdral threshold and thermal withdral latency were observed.Result:Rats with autologous nucleus pulposus transplanted into cavum epidurale display significant hypersensitive behavior.After normal solution injection,no significant changes was found,but after phospholipase A2 injection,rat's pain-related behavior was changed significantly,there are significant difference when compared with nucleus pulposus group.Conclusions:Phospholipase A2 play important role in the pathomechanism of low back pain and leg pain relating to the lumbar intervertebral disk herniation,research for more effective antagonists of phospholipase A2 can improve the treatment for low back and leg pain.
