用短切甲壳素纤维增强聚(ε-己内酯)制备出新型生物可吸收复合材料,通过热分析方法(DSC、DMTA)研究了该复合材料的纤维相和基体树脂相之间的相互作用(相间相互作用).结果表明:复合材料的熔点并不随纤维含量的增加而改变,而结晶温度在纤维含量较高时略有增加,但不明显.动态热机械分析表明,复合材料的储能模量(E')随纤维含量的增加而增加,表征玻璃化转变温度的损耗因子松弛峰的峰值温度和损耗模量的温度都不随纤维含量的改变而变化.研究表明,纤维和树脂之间的相互作用很弱,是一种两相分离的结构.

A novel bioabsorbable composite was prepared from chitin fiber reinforced PCL matrix, and the thermal analysis was used to study the phase interaction of the composite. The results show that the melting point is not changed with the increase of Cf, while the crystal point has a slight change when the Cf is higher enough. The storage modulus is increased with the increase of Cf, while the peak temperature of loss factor and the temperature of loss modulus are not changed with the variation of Cf, which means that the reinforcement of chitin fiber has no effect on the motion of molecular segment for PCL. The experiments elucidate that the phase interaction of the composite is so poor that it is under the phase separation state.
