A new wavelet denoising method used in the process of on-columnamperometric detection for capillary electrophoresis was reported. Properties of noise in different details, confirmation of denosising cutoff, choice of wavelet function were investigated. The method was applied to quantiatvie analysis of different phenols. The results showed that signal to noise ratio, detection limit and linear range were greatly improved.
