在现代化汽车工业生产中,需要对零部件及车身进行三维几何误差测量.针对目前汽车业中所采用的测量样架、三坐标测量机、电子经纬仪和三维激光视觉系统等方法,分别介绍了以上4种方法的原理、特点及其应用.最后,针对国内汽车业的实际情况,指出为控制车身装配质量应增加新的测量手段.

Three-dimensional geometric variation of parts and auto body was usually measured by fixture, Coordinate Measuring Machine, theodolite and Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine in auto industry. The principle and characteristic of these measurement methods are discussed. Finally, it was pointed out that new measurement method must be added to control auto body quality based on civil auto industry.
