提出以共沉淀法再利用ZnO压敏电阻废旧片的工艺方法,讨论了溶解酸、沉淀剂和沉淀pH值的选择,研究了温度对沉淀粒径的影响。结果表明,用共沉淀法粉料比常规法粉料制得的ZnO压敏电阻电性能更好。

The co-sedimentation process for reuse of rejected ZnO varistors is presented. The selection of reso
lving acid, sedimental agent and pH value are discussed, meanwhile the effect of temperature on size of sedimented particles.The result shows that the particles obtained from co-sedimentation process have better electrical performance than those obtained from ordinary process.
