【目的】昆明地区年日照丰富,儿童户外活动多,但婴幼儿佝偻病发病率仍高,为了解本地区佝偻病发
病的相关因素,特做此项研究。【方法】选择3~18月儿童74名,分为正常对照组(20名),佝偻病组(54例),其中
佝偻病组又分为初期组(36名),激期组(18名)。每例均取血测25(OH)D3含量及相关生化指标;对有关情况进行调
查,所得结果进行统计分析。【结果】所有71名儿童其血清25(0H)D3水平均高于l1μg/L,正常组儿童与佝偻病初
期组儿童相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),而正常组儿童及初期组儿童与激期组儿童相比均存在显著性差异(均为P<
0.05)。激期组儿童血清钙水平较低,与正常组及初期组儿童相比均存在显著性差异(均为P<0.05)。【结论】昆
明地区大多数佝偻病患儿处于初期阶段,其体内维生素D3水平并不低,钙剂摄入的不足是致病的重要原因。

【 Objective】 Althouh the rich sunshine and enouh times of outdoors in Kunmin reion,the morbidity of rickets
is still hih in children. The aim of this study is to investiate the major pathoeny of some rickets in Kunmin reion. 【 Methods】
74 children aged 3 to 18 months were entered to our study. They were divided into two groups normal (20) as control group,rickets
(54) as experimental group;the experimental group was divided into two subgroups,primary stage group(36) and serious stage group
(18). Every children was draw blood to measure serum 25 (OH)D3, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and
albumin. At meantime, we investigated other situations according to the tables had been designed and then do statistic. 【 Results】
Of all the children entered our study, the serum 25(OH)D3 were all normal(>11μg/L) ,there were significant difference batween nor
mal group and serious stage group, either primary stage group and serious stage group(respectively, P<0.05). Serum calcium was low
in serious stage gxoup,calcium deficiency diet was found in primary stage group and serious stage group. 【 Conclusions】 In Kun
ming,most of rickets are still in primary stage,the serum 25(OH)D3 in these children are not low,and the calcium deficiency is the
major cause in these rickets children.
