化学纤维栅湿式除尘是一种复合机理的新型湿式过滤除尘技术。本文以纤维和水为主要研究对象,通过显微镜观察水在纤维上的几种表现,根据表面物理理论,提出了水在纤维栅上形成水膜的技术条件,并从有利于形成水膜、提高除尘效率的角度提出选 择纤维栅材料及确定纤维间距的理论依据。

wet dust removal using chemical fiber grid is a new filtrationand dust removal technique which has compound mechanisms. The main study objects of this paper are fiber and water. Some behaviors of water on fiber are observed through microscope. The article puts forward the technical conditions for water to form water membrane on fiber grid based on surface physics theory. The article also puts forward the theory basis for selecting fiber grid material and determining space between fiber from the viewpoint of forming water membrane easily and increasing dust removal efficiency.
