采用微型烧结试验方法,通过分析酸性球团矿矿物组成和显微结构与其性能之间的关系,研究了燃料配加方式对酸性球团矿固结的影响。结果表明,燃料配比为4%时,若铁精矿平均粒度较粗,采用燃料分加能提高球团矿质量; 若精矿粒度较细,则应考虑燃料全部外滚。

In this articlc, compact sintering method was used to simulate pot sintering trials. Based on the relationship between mineralogical microstructure fomation in the pellet and their properties,the influence of coal adding form on bonding mechanism of acid pellets was studied. As for the mix which is relatively coarse in grain size,the favorable form of adding coal is to add a certain proportion of inner coal,which is benificail for improving the properties of the acid pellets.However, for the mix which is fine in grain size, the eligible form is to coat all coal on the greenballs.
