采用激光熔覆技术,在Q235低碳钢基体表面进行了Ni基合金添加Y2O3的熔覆试验。通过对激光工艺参数及合金粉末比例的优选,可以得到较理想的熔覆层。对熔覆的合金化层进行了表面显微硬度和电化学腐蚀测试以及金相组织和X衍射物相分析,结果表明Y2O3对Q235钢表面激光熔覆Ni基合金有减少裂纹的作用,但显微硬度与耐蚀性能有所下降。

Using laser cladding technique, experiments of laser cladding Ni-base alloy powder with Y2O3added on Q235 steel surface were performed. Various laser processing parameters and different composition of alloy powder were chosen to get a perfect coating. The performance of surface micro-hardness and electrochemical corresion resistance were tested as well as micro-structure and X-ray diffr action substance were analyzed. Results indicated that Y2O3 decreased micro-crack at Q235 steel surface, after laser cladding Ni-base alloy with Y2O3 but micro-hardness and corresion resistance were also decreased.
