利用荧光和紫外可见吸收光谱研究了Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+与DNA之间的插入键合作用。结果表明,Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+是通过dppz配体插入到DNA的双螺旋结构中。而且,一定浓度的Fe(CN)4-6和NaCl对Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+-DNA复合物的荧光无猝灭作用,这一结果也证实了Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+和DNA之间的插入键合作用。
利用熒光和紫外可見吸收光譜研究瞭Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+與DNA之間的插入鍵閤作用。結果錶明,Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+是通過dppz配體插入到DNA的雙螺鏇結構中。而且,一定濃度的Fe(CN)4-6和NaCl對Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+-DNA複閤物的熒光無猝滅作用,這一結果也證實瞭Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+和DNA之間的插入鍵閤作用。
이용형광화자외가견흡수광보연구료Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+여DNA지간적삽입건합작용。결과표명,Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+시통과dppz배체삽입도DNA적쌍라선결구중。이차,일정농도적Fe(CN)4-6화NaCl대Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+-DNA복합물적형광무졸멸작용,저일결과야증실료Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+화DNA지간적삽입건합작용。
The interaction between Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+(bipy=2,2-bipyridine,dppz=dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine) and the calfthymus DNA was studied with fluorescence and ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy. The ultraviolet visible absorption spectra of Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+, calfthymus DNA, and their interaction indicated that Ru(bipy)2(dppz)2+ intercalated into the double helix of DNA via the ligand dppz. The results of fluorescence quenching and salt effect also supported the intercalated binding mode.
