Golden hamster Streptozotocin Diabetic dyslipidemia
目的建立一个糖尿病兼有脂质代谢异常的动物模型.方法给金黄地鼠连续腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素3天,剂量为 40mg/kg.于注射后1、2、3、4、8周测动物血糖、血脂.结果与正常对照组相比,血糖分别上升309%、247%、311%、376%和279%,血甘油三酯分别上升24 1%、212%、210%、321%和167%,血清胆固醇分别上升31%、58%、37%、54%和6%.用降血糖药二甲双胍和调节血脂药普罗布考验证了该模型的反应性.结论该方法处理的金黄地鼠可作为同时评价药物降血糖作用和调节血脂作用的动物模型.

Objective To establish an animal model with diabetes and hyperlipidemia.The plasma lipid profile of golden hamsters is like that found in man.Methods For using golden hamsters as a model of diabetes with hyperlipidemia,we made them chronically insulin deficient by streptozotocin injection.Hamsters were injected with streptozotocin (40mg/kg) for 3 days intraperitoneally.Results Blood glucose,serum triglyceride and total cholesterol were determined in 1,2,3,4 and 8 weeks after the final streptozotocin injection.Fasting plasma glucose concentrations significantly increased by 309%,247%,311%,376% and 279% respectively compared with those in normal hamsters determined simultaneously.Serum triglyceride levels significantly increased by 241%,212%,210%,321% and 167% respectively.Serum total cholesterol increased by 31%,58%,37%,54% and 6% respectively.They were significant in 1,2,3,4 week.The ratio of HDL cholesterol to total cholesterol significantly decreased by 46%,37%,26% and 23% in 2,3,4 and 8 weeks respectively.We also tested the effects of hypoglycemic agents and hypolipidemic agents in the animals.The effects were revealed perfectly.Conclusion These results suggested that golden hamsters may be a suitable model of diabetes with dyslipidemia.It could be used to evaluate both hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects simultaneously.
