Simulated Annealing which was used to solve, the problems of variety of optimization was introduced in the process of genetic algorithm in this paper, the problems of variety of optimization. This algorithm can solve the problem of premature convergence of the process and can meet the requirement of diversity in the population of chromosomes. At last, the algorithm was applied in solving the optimization problem of water supplying and water distribution. The result of the experiment also demonstrates the features of the statements.
