介绍了一种新型季铵盐固体DZ-1的合成方法,初步研究了季铵盐作为单组分缓蚀剂对碳钢在盐酸酸洗液中的缓蚀性能,讨论了缓蚀剂浓度、酸液浓度、温度和Fe3+浓度等因素对缓蚀效果影响.实验结果表明,新型季铵盐固体DZ-1具有合成方法简单、不燃不爆、用量低、缓蚀性能好的优点,可直接用作温度低于70℃、浓度小于10%的盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂.
介紹瞭一種新型季銨鹽固體DZ-1的閤成方法,初步研究瞭季銨鹽作為單組分緩蝕劑對碳鋼在鹽痠痠洗液中的緩蝕性能,討論瞭緩蝕劑濃度、痠液濃度、溫度和Fe3+濃度等因素對緩蝕效果影響.實驗結果錶明,新型季銨鹽固體DZ-1具有閤成方法簡單、不燃不爆、用量低、緩蝕性能好的優點,可直接用作溫度低于70℃、濃度小于10%的鹽痠痠洗緩蝕劑.

This paper introduces a method for the synthesis of a new quaternary ammonium salt solid DZ1, the inhibition properties of DZ-1 are studied on the effect of concentration, temperature of acid solution, amount of Fe3+ in acid solution, and concentration of inhibitor etc. The result shows that the described quaternary ammonium salt is an excellent kind of inhibitor, low dosage, no burning and no exploding, being synthesizedbriefly, and it can be straight used as the inhibitor for less than 10% hydrochloric acid pickling , under 70℃.
