目的:旨在研究急性肺损伤(ALI)时H2受体阻滞剂对某些体液免疫功能的影响。方法:以油酸制作小白鼠ALI模型,观察地塞米松、肝素、西米替丁对其作用。结果:ALI早期H2受体阻滞剂对肺系数、补体及免疫球蛋白均无影响。结论:ALI早期H2受体阻滞剂对防治ALI及体液免疫无明显作用。

목적:지재연구급성폐손상(ALI)시H2수체조체제대모사체액면역공능적영향。방법:이유산제작소백서ALI모형,관찰지새미송、간소、서미체정대기작용。결과:ALI조기H2수체조체제대폐계수、보체급면역구단백균무영향。결론:ALI조기H2수체조체제대방치ALI급체액면역무명현작용。
Objective: To explore the effect of H2 receptor obstruction on humoral immunity in acute lung injury(ALI). Method:Preparing the ALI models of mice with oleic acid,we observed the effect of dexamethasone,heparin and cimetidine on them. Results:In early ALI,H2 receptor obstruction had no effect on lung quotient, complement and immunoglobulin. Conclusion: In early ALI, H2 receptor obstruction has no significant effect on humoral immunity and prevention of lung injury .
